Updated May 16, 2022Hey everyone!
I am not a cancer survivor but I am gran-daughter to two grandmothers that had breast cancer. My mother’s mom had breast cancer and luckily survived. My dads mom was no so fortunate. I was always so angry with her, knowing that she waited so long to get treatment. I knew she was afraid of losing her breasts and no longer fee…4 people like this. Like

Cancer - The Secret Change
Living with cancerThis article, so very well written by a practicing oncologist, is superb! Dr. Salwitz truly captures the feelings that I (and probably thousands of other cancer patients) have. Cancer does suck! My cancer is rare. It grows slowly, but it grows. I do not “look like I have cancer.” I hear so often,“You really look great.” The problem is I …

- for each treatment, Brad and I were there 2.5 to 4 hours (always had the bloodwork and meeting with the doctor a day or 2 before treatment)
- #2 …
